Look of the Week 4 | Thinking Blue

Hey everyone!

For this weeks look I wanted to go veeeeeeeeery easy, as you can see. I wanted to wear something restful, and that's where the color blue comes from. And I know I totally look like crap, this week was pretty exhausting for me. Maybe that could be the mainly reason for this look. :)

The main color is blue. As I said before, I wanted the look to be easy, peaceful, not so loaded with colors. The jeans remind me of the sky with beautiful clouds. It gives me the feeling that I'm looking outside my window and see the clouds, and think of something peaceful. And the deep blue nails that extra feeling.

Also for the rest I kept it simple: a grey t-shirt that doesn't grab much attention and some brown heeled shoes. With the slight detailed print on the t-shirt it's not a 'boring' t-shirt, but also not outstanding. The shoes I really like! It look like brown with large spots, it makes it army-ish because of the different colors that 'camouflage'. These shoes also have a hidden heel, which is still trendy these days.

So, you can say this is easywear. Great for an everydaylook if you want to blend in. I hope you liked my blog and stay tuned!

DIY | Hairstyles for Valentine's day

Hey everyone!

Valentine's day is already in three weeks! I know not everyone 'celebrates' this(like me :P) but there are many people who do! Going out for diner or having a picknick outside, no matter what we do, we want to make it perfect! Just as perfect as our hair will be that day. So for the one's who want to celebrate this with their lover or go on a date with someone they like, stay tuned because I'm showing some cute and awesome hairstyles!

As always, you can click on the name of the hairstyle to watch a tutorial. :)

PONYTAIL HAIRBOW

So this first hairstyle is really cute and simple! It's just a ponytail, but there's a bow added. Isn't that cute? This hairstyle is great if you wanna add something extra to your hairstyle. It's not difficult, but gives you an amazing result!

This hairstyle is great for long hair! And it doens't take ages for this adorable hairstyle., Only thing you need are two braids, and tie them together on the back of your head. That's really it! You also have the choice to leave your hair straight, make them wavy or curl them. An easy hairstyle with lots of different creations you can add. :)

GLAMOROUS CURLS

Glamorous curls, who doesn't want them? Lucky you if you have beautiful girls of yourself! This one is easy-peasy, just like the others (is that a word?). Also, it's again up to you how you want them! Loose curls, beachy waves or you wanna go for the ringlets?

FLOWER HAIR BOW

This look is special, yet simple. It might take some time before you can do it perfectly, but it is definitely worth it! For the rest of your hair it's up to you! Do you want it straight or curly? Be as creative as you like. Also, you can decide yourself where you want this flowers to be. Only one, two, or you want it all over your head? So many ways to make such an incredible look right?

SIDE SWEPT FRENCH BRAID

This one is definitely the hardest! If you want something unique, this is the look for you! It's great for events such as Valentine's Day, or just any other romantic event. It looks so adorable! I tried myself already but..I failed. This really needs patience and a lot of practice! But the result is amazing. The most important part is that you can separate your hair well. If that's so, it makes it a lot easier :D

So this was my DIY on hairstyles. I hope you liked it! For comments, questions and tips, please comment me below :)

Look of the Week 3 | Minty Ice

Hey everyone!

Snow finally had the idea to come over to this place. I like snow, but the cold is killing me. And even if it hasn't shown on the picture, I was literally freezing out there, with no coat or whatsoever. But, whatever, I enjoy to make my blog so it's all worth it :).

So the look for this week is in style with the snow. When I think of winter, I think about the colors white and blue, and maybe a bit of grey (like dirty snow). So that are the colors for this week! But to pimp it up, I used my jeans with a minty color. Mint is a fresh color(and not to forget; fresh for your breath ;) ) so I thought it would be fun to combine it with this fresh weather.

I really like blouses, and this one is a really basic one. You can combine it with almost everything! That's what I like about it. Simple, but still adorable. The top I wear has something special. It's not only the print I like, but also the extra fabric around the shoulders and decollete. The top is loose and long so easy to fit.

I already talked about the pants. How can you not like the color? The pants is pretty eyecathing with the color. Furthermore, it's fits great! It's not skinny, not baggy, just perfect! The only cons I have is that it has no pockets nor it has belt loops. Then last but not least, the shoes. It are normal allstars, but just a bit thicker than the regular ones. That makes it more winterproof, because I know how terrible it is to walk with regular allstars while there is a lot of snow outside :/ .

Blouse - Yes or No
Top - Smash.
Jeans - Kiss Therapy
Allstars - Converse

I hope you liked this outfit and stay tuned!

Look of the Week 2 | Rockish Retro

Hey everyone!

So the second week already for this year, and it's going pretty fast. And yeah, I'm messing up already. If I only didn't forget to send those pictures to myself. I was taking photo's with a friend at his neighborhood. And the photo's are pretty nice with all the sun, but it was just so extremely cold! I even got sick by then. And, not to forget, this is actually the first time I show you guys my face. I really dislike to show my face to everyone, but it's just to give you an idea who makes all these posts. So I do it all for you! Be honored, or not. :P

But, for this week, or actually last week, I was more in the mood for some tough but feminine clothing. So here I wear grey jeans with small print, a red/black checked blouse and my Yoshi-t-shirt, with some dr Martens shoes.

This is an everyday-look, great for free-time and school but is also well-becoming when you're going to a house-party. The rockish things about this outfit are definitely the checked blouse with studs, paired with the shiny dr Martens. I thought it would be funny, to combine this with a retro game-figure. Yoshi is really popular in the game-world, and many find him cute, so I got attention for sure.

A regular blue jeans, or ripped jeans are great for this outfit, but I like to do it even more rockable so I chose for my favourite grey jeans. This outfit goes really well with fashion these days. Studs are really famous and so is the manly blouse combined with some tough shoes. What do you think?

I want to try to take pictures at different places, at places where the outfit looks really cool, like here; a sturdy look on the streets! So tell me what you think and stay tuned!

New in | Asiagoodies | Korean handbag

Hey everyone!

So almost two months ago I ordered this Korean bag from Ebay, and I finally got it! Even though I was overwhelmed with a not-so-great smell because it's new, I just fell in love with it the first moment I had it in my hands!

So I got this bag and it is originally a shoulder bag. There is a shoulder belt attached, but I removed it, because I prefer the handbags more :). The bag is black with gold. I think the gold at the zippers and the studs are gorgeous, it really makes this bag fancy. At the end of the zipper there are some fringes attached, which makes it even more girly and fancy. Also the golden studs at the sides are so pretty! I really like studs, so this is a must have for me!

So the bag is made of fake leather and the inside is made of nylon. On the outside, there are two zippers, one on each side, a long one at the front and a short one at the back.
At the inside, there is one zipper and two other places where you can put in your keys, mobile phone etcetera. Furthermore, the bag is pretty large, which is great for me! The bag is also lighter itself than I'm used to, which is a pro to me.

I really like this handbag, I'm so happy with it!
I hope to do more reviews on things that come from Asia, like clothing, accesoires, candy, you name it! I hope you liked this blog and see you next time.

DIY | Visionboard

Hey everyone!

Like every year, people say what they want to reach for that year. Some examples that are used a lot are: Quit smoking, lose weight, be healthy. But we are all unique, and all want something different. So, I decided to make a vision-board for 2013!

The idea of a vision-board is to make a board with multiple things you want to reach. There are so many things people want. For example, this is my senior year and I really want to graduate! But I also want to live on my own and go on vacation. It really is up to you what you want to be your vision-board like. The important thing is: You have to place it somewhere where you can see it daily. If that's so, you will thinking everyday about it. Even when it's unconsciously they say you will reach it quicker than without.

It's not only about the things you want to do, but also by what you are inspired. I really like Korean fashion, or go to a cosplay convention, so I also put that on my vision-board. A vision-board gives you a clear vision of what you want to do. It doesn't have to be necessarily for one year, it really depends on what you want. Perhaps you just fill up your board with things you must have done once in a lifetime, such as bungee jumping :).

So, that is what a vision-board stands for. It is really easy to make, if you know what you want to have on that board. You could cut pictures or some texts from magazines, search on the internet, write with glitter, whatever you like! It is your vision-board, so it is unique, right? I used pictures from the internet and glitter-sticks to write. You can get as crazy as you like!

So this was my post for today, hope you enjoyed it and that it inspired you.

Look of the week 1 | New Year's night sky

Hey everyone!

First I wish you all the best for 2013! It's a new year, new start, new ideas, and I'm ready for it! So this is my first blog of the year, and I wanted to do something new. Every week I post an outfit I wore in that week, which I liked the most, to give you an idea of my style :) . This is the first one, and since we celebrated New Year this week, I thought it would be awesome to show you guys my outfit.

To explain the title: When we go out it is most of the time dark right? And I always got that feeling, dark blue and little stars in the sky, I really love it! So I wore dark blue jeans with a blue jacket, paired with some boots with studs. So the jeans and jacket represent the sky, and the boots the stars. At least, that's how I see it haha. And then I was thinking, I want to rock the night! So I got a fancy white t-shirt with black and pink. And since my jacket has a leopard print at the inside, I roll it up once so it's shown.

This look is really easy, and will look great with some black or silver accesoires, but I don't wear accesoires at all so I actually missed out. But i think this look don't really need accesoires. Maybe a necklace or a ring, but that's it, or else it will get to much of it.

I know this was quite a short one, and I hope I'll get better at it, still, blogspot doesn't seem to work well with me.
