Drawing: Date a Live's Yoshino sketch - finished

A couple of days ago I drew one of my favourite anime-characters: Yoshino. I also want to cosplay her, but as long as I can't afford it, I will draw her. :)

This was just a drawing to take my mind somewhere else from school, so it's not a big deal. Title says it: Sketch. I drew this in les than 15 minutes, so the result can't be 'wow'. Still, I like what I got on paper, eventhough it was just to set my mind off.

Yoshino is really cute, but her rabbit Yoshinon is even cuter! I want that rabbit so bad! And her coat as well of course! I absolutely love her coat. I hope I can cosplay her very soon. :)

My first Wighead!

A couple of days ago I received my first wighead. I've been looking for it for a while, but never found one. Just a couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine found one by chance. Now I'm really happy, since I don't have to customize wigs on my own head! And it's way easier to comb the wigs now. :)

Of course I also had to customize this wighead. It looked so boring, so I made some eyes and gave it lips and eyebrows! Yayy, I now have my personal wighead.

New in: Mikasa wig from Attack on Titan

I guess the New In-post about the red scarf already revealed my cosplay, but now I make it official: I'm going as Mikasa from Attack on Titan. And today I received one of the important things for my cosplay: the short black wig.

All the wigs I ever bought were long, so this feels really different. To see myself with short hair, is actually kind of strange. But it feels even more strange, now that I can't play with it and stuff like that. And as you can see, the fringe still needs to be trimmed.

However, I'm excited to wear this at Tsunacon! Only six weeks left before the big day! The only thing I have to wait for is the jacket, the rest I will make myself. Or it's already hanging in my closet. :)

Drawing: Sword Art Online Asuna 'human'-version portrait - Unfinished

Hey everyone,
Happy new year! I hope for all of you that this is going to be a great year! :)

To start 2014 myself, I promised myself to draw more. I like to draw, but don't always have the time. And when I have time, I'm never happy with the result. But this year, I'm going to do things different. Nevermind how my drawings look, even if it's not finished or so, I'll still post it here. :)

That's why I'm starting this year off with a drawing I made. It's not finished yet, but it's almost done! I just have to do the finishing touches. Whenever I'm drawing, I always make a sketch first. Just the basic lines to get an idea how it will look. Then I make lines where the eyes, nose and mouth should be. And step by step, I fill in the lines. :) I made several photo's throughout the process, and these are the results!
